Job Description:
1. Responsible for or participating in the drafting and revision of documents related to clinical research projects, including but not limited to research protocols, communication materials, investigator brochures, informed consent forms, clinical research reports, etc.;
2. Medical monitoring work during the execution of clinical research, including but not limited to protocol training, communication with research centers, and regular statistics and reporting of safety data in clinical research to allow superiors to timely observe protocol deviations;
3. Aiming to ensure the high-quality completion of the trials under responsibility, organize external meetings related to the project (such as protocol discussion meetings), maintain regular communication with research centers, and ensure the smooth progress of the project;
4. Assist in the management of departmental projects and coordinate cooperation with other internal functional departments;
5. Participate in the evaluation of new indications and the formulation of clinical development plans;
6. Write and maintain medical information materials, such as product descriptions, user manuals, frequently asked questions (FAQ), etc.;
7. Assist the medical team in writing academic papers and research reports, and facilitate their publication;
8. Collect and analyze the latest research data, industry trends, and competitor status in the medical field to provide recommendations for the clinical research and promotion of the company's products.

Job Requirements:
1. Relevant majors such as medicine, clinical medicine, biomedical science, life sciences, etc.;
2. More than 2 years of work experience for undergraduates, with preference for those in medical-related fields;
3. More than half a year of relevant work experience for master's degree holders;  
4. Careful and meticulous, results-oriented, with a high sense of responsibility, and able to adapt to certain travel requirements;
5. Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, team spirit, and cross-departmental collaboration abilities;
6. Good written English expression skills, with good oral English skills preferred.
